The overview

My role involves a multifaceted approach, encompassing UI design, wireframing, UX sessions, user testing, and prototyping. Working closely with developers throughout and after website creation ensures a seamless and user-friendly digital experience. Notably, my involvement with Samsung UK and IE landing pages, marketing materials, and digital platforms has encompassed everything from layout design to understanding intricate technical requirements, and I have contributed to successful product launches and pitches.

1. Samsung.com x Vitality


In a strategic partnership, Vitality joined forces with Samsung UK to seamlessly incorporate Samsung Health into the Vitality Programme, broadening the range of options accessible to members for tracking their physical activity and accessing exclusive offers. I am responsible for both designing and developing the essential assets needed to not only launch the partnership page but also ensure its ongoing updates and maintenance.

2. KXtras

Samsung King’s Cross, often referred to as Samsung KX, represents a cutting-edge experiential hub situated in the vibrant Coal Drops Yard. Here, visitors can immerse themselves in the latest advancements in culture and innovation, all harnessed through the power of Samsung technology. Far more than a conventional store, Samsung KX introduces an entirely new dimension to the shopping experience.

To enhance the customer journey, we've introduced "KXtras" on the Samsung KX website. This feature allows customers to explore the multitude of benefits they'll enjoy when making an in-store purchase or opting for the convenient click-and-collect option at Samsung KX. These perks include exclusive gifts, personalized device setup, and comprehensive switchover assistance.

In an era where online shopping often lacks the tactile interaction we desire, Samsung KX stands as the ideal destination to explore and experience products firsthand. We are fully attuned to the significance of engaging people in fresh and innovative ways, and Samsung KX is our platform for achieving precisely that.

3. Gender Pay Gap Report

Develop and design a dedicated webpage within samsung.com to centralize the annual Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reports that Samsung publishes each year. This page will serve as a comprehensive repository for all GPG-related content, replacing the previous practice of merely sharing PDF files, which often become challenging to locate and track over time. My role encompasses not only the design of the user experience (UX) layout and content for the GPG page but also the implementation of the new annual report and the integration of previous reports for easy accessibility. Additionally, I will manage the adaptation of assets, including resizing and retouching as needed, and create relevant icons to enhance the page's visual appeal and user-friendliness.
